I enjoyed this and I do think there's more to say, should you feel so inclined. I would like to see if there's a story behind this, a further plot behind the letter. I wonder if you're envisioning a response to the letter. I do think it's possible that 19 years later, they were happy, but I agree that there may have been a hard transition in the months or years after. Hermione had an unpleasant time during that last year, and when she finally caught her breath, I imagine she had a lot to process. In short: yes, please do write more if you want to! -DV
