| I was just wondering about Tenbrook, because earlier you wrote he was a Muggleborn. Though in this chapter you wrote “I’m not really sure. I know at least two of them were attached to the house when I bought it; I brought a few elves with me that have been in my family for generations –willed to me by my great-great-great aunt on my father’s side” (Tenbrook). “Willed to you?” (Hermione). “Yes, my great-great-great aunt Matilda, lovely witch. She was quite fond of the little creatures and worried they would be neglected," (Tenbrook). Hermione’s voice rose slightly. “She gave them to you, gave you living breathing individuals, as if they were knickknacks to be handed down?” (Hermione). “Well, I don’t believe she saw it that way. They’re house-elves. She just wanted to know they would be well cared for when she passed through the veil. Is there a problem?” (Tenbrook). That makes it seem that he is a Pureblood instead; is this a mistake or to show to Hermione that Tenbrook lied to her even though there was no reaction to this fact in the chapter? I really do enjoy this story and the next chapter to come! |

| Thank you so much for the new chapter. What a wonderful Christmas present! I took it as an opportunity to read the whole story again from the beginning. And liked it no less than the first time! I had had a feeling that something was not quite right with Tenbrock and I see my feeling was right. Please update soon. I am very curious about this life changing event in Hermiones life. |

Lovely chapter. I'm surprised that Hermione was able to restrain herself around Tenbrook. I think I would have punched him. I love Severus. He's so moody, but it's so fun.

| I only now started to read this story, I'm rather new to Ashwinder, and I love it. I hope you will be able to continue and finish it.
My only comment is that the italian wizzarding worls seems so little italian...
I live in Italy, I'm not italian though, and I expected a little more local colour.
But all names (hotel, waiters etc) are english.
Did you got to go back to Rome and Florence, great honeymoon destinations I'd say! |

| You made my Christmas! During a down time on Christmas Eve, I popped in and saw that you had updated Dances! Whoohooo! It was an early Christmas present. I have finally made the time to review because I didn't want you to think that nobody cared. Anyway, on to the review....thank heavens, Severus outed Tenbrook. There was just something about him that I just couldn't stomach so I wasn't disappointed that she wouldn't be apprenticing with him...Umbridge, a dear lady, really. And we are getting a little more info on the enchantment, too. Nicely done. I'm so very glad that you have continued this story and that you plan to finish it. I had just started re-reading it because I enjoy it so much. Thank you for continuing to work on it...hmm, six chapters simultaneously?! Shades of Hermione! I look forward to your next posting. |
